Ulink High School of Suzhou Industrial Park （formerly Ulink College of Suzhou Industrial Park) was founded in 2010. In 2015, Ulink Suzhou relocated to Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District, which is the only model district for internationalization of higher education in China. In 2020, Ulink Suzhou successfully passed the CIS certification of the International Association of schools and officially became a member of the CIS. In 2023, Ulink Suzhou was upgraded to a private general high school, offering a dual curriculum of domestic general high schools and Chinese-foreign co-operative school programmes.

Ulink Suzhou has graduated over 1,200 students across 12 cohorts since its founding, all securing placements at renowned universities worldwide. Notably, 23 alumni have gained admission to Oxford and Cambridge Universities, ranking the school among Jiangsu Province's top performers in Oxbridge acceptances.
